Is it me...
...or are allergies REALLY bad this year??? In the past 2 weeks I've woken up with more than 4 sinus related head-aches...ridiculous!!!!!

yesterday we picnicked in the park and I started sneezing and having a runny nose and watery eyes. my sinuses were hurting too. ?It kept up most of the afternoon. ?(until i came home and took benadryl and a nap!)
From what I've gathered, it is allergies (although to what exactly I do not know) I have never had seasonal allergies before (only to dust, cats and certain molds)?
?hope it clears up soon.
All I know is that, yesterday I was fine. Today, I have sneezed exactly 748 times and have gone through an entire box of tissues and It's only 3:00!!! Ack.
I'm sure that being forced to sit in an office with the window open (it's 90 degrees and the a/c isn't on here yet) and a fan blowing in after the grass was just cut yesterday isn't helping anything.

LOL I'm only at 372, but it feels like 748!!! I can't believe your office still hasn't done anything for the heat...seriously!
I know but, they can't really. It's a VERY antiquated on/off system. They only turn on the a/c once a year and this is way too early for it and would end up being a waste of energy - especially since we will be back in the 60s the rest of the week. This is just a really freak heat wave for NY.
I will say - if it's not on by the time I return from the HM in June, OSHA may be getting an anonymous tip!
