As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Dear god...
please help me to be able to move tomorrow.
(For those of you without omniscient powers, I upped my workout to Level 2 of 30DS. I felt kind of woozy and spent after the workout and now 45 minutes later, my arms are dead weight thanks to the 3-4 different plank moves Jillian Michaels puts you through.)
So if you don't hear from me, it's because I'm likely STUCK IN BED or cannot type more than required at work. LOL
