DH and I went out and bought resistance bands and a stepper (for me - her prefers running).
We also invested in *theatrical music here* a scale. So last night we weighed in and I wasn?t as bad as I thought I was.
About a year ago I weighed 185 *yikes* , to say the least I wasn?t anxious to see where I was, I figured I was definitely up to 200 by now.
I am at 166! I know that?s a bit for me, but! I?m stoked I lost weight somewhere lol.
Well after a workout and watching what I eat I lost almost 2 lbs. in a day!
I know it is not like 20 lbs. But it?s a big deal to show that I can lose something and gives me that push to keep it up because it can only get better!

i think i'm going to do me a bit of exercising now though
