Long shot, but does anyone fill in their eyebrows?

I know this is kind of a long shot and not many people wear makeup (or much makeup) daily.

I have one eyebrow that has a scar under it, so it's kind of sparse.  I've been trying to fill it in a little daily to kind of even it out.  I've been using a Mary Kay Dark Brown eyeliner pencil, but am on the lookout for a new product.

Any reviews?  (I've been checking out MakeupAlley and have one I'm somewhat considering, but would like thoughts from people I actually "know" if possible.)

Re: Long shot, but does anyone fill in their eyebrows?

  • I actually do wear makeup daily.

BUT I don't fill in my eyebrows. ?So I'm no help. ?;)?

LOL, thanks, but no thanks. Stick out tongue

I actually had someone once tell me I should consider Rogaine on my eyebrow to help it grow in better.  I think I shot her this look: Indifferent LOL

  • Would you like some of my eyebrows? ?Seriously, they are so thick I should have them waxed every 2 weeks!!!
  • I've used one since that stupid women took half my eyebrow off, this is what I use, I like it, it's easy and quick!

  • My hair grows like crazy, so I don't need any more, Mandy, thanks. Wink

That woman made me feel kind of crappy about it... until I mentioned it the next time to my normal lady who said "There's a scar right here... hair won't grow back through a scar!"

But I just got my brows waxed last night and the lady trimmed them a little too much.  They're going to take some getting used to because she took off a little more than usual... I think its how I used to get them done and liked it better than it has been, but until they grow a little longer again, I feel butched! LOL

  • i watch a few makeup guru's on you tube and i swear i watched something about eyebrows and she had a scar as well let me see if i can find out what she used.
  • I would LOVE something like they use on "What Not to Wear" (obviously, though,.. reasonably priced.)

I had thought about this earlier in the week.  I'm afraid I'm going to end up balling at Uncle Mike's funeral on Saturday.  Odd reason, but follow me here.  When I cry, I get really warm and I sometimes get a little sweat around my eyebrows, so I'm concerned I'll be balling, go to wipe my eyes and my eyebrow-filling in come off or streak! Tongue Tied

  • I know the one carmindy uses is by makeup forever. The one the make guru suggested was by smashbox so its $24 which im sure you want to spend less than that. The guru even suggested that taking a concealer over the scar first will help cover it up better. Other then that im not sure sorry :(
