I can't believe it's almost time...2-3 weeks to go! The dr. told me they won't let me go over 40 weeks because of my gd, so the countdown is on. They will induce on the 16th if I am at least 2 cm by then. ((cross your fingers!!!))
I haven't had my last u/s yet, so I don't know what position she's in, but it feels like she's head down.
No, Thursday is the day the Ellen show is taping.

Do you think he'll come before or after your due date? I wonder who will deliver first, you or me?
I'm excited to meet him, but I really hope he waits until the 23rd. I still have so much to do with getting the house ready. I know people say you are never ready but I really want this time. That being said, I think he may come earlier then that--maybe a week before based on my family history. Our due dates are both so close. It'll be interesting to see who goes first!

I am one of those strange pregnant women who really want to go till my due date. I really want a June Baby and I want the time to get ready. I only have 2 more weeks of work!!! I have so much to do and could usually do it all, but I am so tired lately that i can only get a little bit done at a time. I had no idea I would be so tired all the time.
Sher, I am that way too. If I start to do chores like dishes, I can only wash a few at a time, then I have to sit for a couple of minutes, and then continue.
I don't mind having to wait for my due date, but I am as ready as I'll ever be to have this baby. After the load of laundry I am doing right now, everything will be set for her arrival.

. I really hope they don't have us standing around in line for the taping. They better be ready to accomadate all those pregnant ladies! I've gotten the tiredness but also swelling in my legs and feet. Not fun or cute.
Irma-Wow, you are on top of things. I still have to clean off the bassinet and wash the bedding for it.......plus some outfits. Oh, and shopping for some more items like changing pad, tub, etc. I plan to do that this week since I'll be off.
They're throwing a shower for me at work on Tuesday, so I have held off on purchases for now. We still have a few things we may need from our registry, but I'll probably wait until the baby comes to see if we really need them. I think we have all the essentials.
