Nothing breeds faster than Crazy
I love Shin Sushi in Mission Viejo (I reviewed it on Yelp). Best sushi, but lacking in atmosphere.
Supbar sushi but nice feel is Yamato in Laguna Hills, Maki Maki at the Spectrum. Never been to Sushi Plantation but I've heard it's good.

You have got to try the Tornado rolls at riptide...they are at the Kaleidescope in Mission Viejo. Right off Crown Valley pkwy.
