I went to bed feeling pretty sick last night, and woke up in such a bad mood! ?I did not get to clean up before bed last night, so it looked pretty messy in my kitchen and living room which did not make me feel very good. ?Then, I was irritated because the recyclable container was overflowing, the garbage full, and the pizza box was still by the front door, all things I have asked my DH to take care of like 2 days ago! ?Then, I look in the sink, and while last night he made me peanut butter toast because I was sick, there was a knife in the sink with a GLOB of peanut butter all over it! ?What am I supposed to do with that? ?Can't put it in the dishwasher like that! ?AHHHH! ?I have told DH several times that he needs to wipe off the spoon because if he does not do small things like that, then when he tires to help me, it makes it tougher in the long run. ?Grr...what a day. ?Plus, I have to go out to the grocery store today, which is always tough with Eli. ?Who knows when I'll be able to get in the shower. ?Oiy! ?I need some chocolate.
Re: Super irritable today!
Oiy! is right, you deserve a big hunk of chocolate.
I hope something starts going well for you...especially the trip to the grocery store.
I'd buy chocolate at the grocery store and eat it all before he got home.
My DH gets like that too. Right now there is an empty tea container sitting on our coffee table that he drank yesterday. And there is a sink full of dirty dishes because it was supposed to be HIS turn to wash the dishes and he loaded the dishwasher and ran it and left the clean dishes in the dishwasher and there is still a sink full of dirty dishes. Normally we wouldn't have this amount, but our dw broke and we had to wash by hand and I washed on the night it was my turn to wash. He kept putting it off and now I have a feeling it will be me doing it since I have to tile behind the counter today. ARGH! Men.
