Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

DH has a phone interview on Monday! This is w/ a different company than the one he interviewed with in person yesterday. Yay! We were hoping for some more bites before he potentially gets offered a job so he would have something to compare it to and/or be able to use it in negotiations...I really wasn't expecting that he'd hear something so soon. I know a phone interview obviously isn't as great as interviewing in person, but I'm guessing with companies now being inundated with hundreds and hundreds of resumes per open position, phone interviews are their way to more quickly weed through contenders?
At any rate, an interview is an interview and we'll take it! Thanks for all your thoughts ladies, they're working!!!
