Looking to buy in McKinney any area we should stay away from?
Any area of McKinney we should avoid? We are looking at the West side of 75.

No suggestions just wanted to say that we are looking in that same area. I love it. I have found that we like most of the neighborhoods south of 380 and north of 121, but that doesn't narrow it down much for you!

You're definitely doing good by looking on the west side of 75. Other then that, long term I'd try to get into the Mckinney Boyd High School district because it's the newest and nicest. Bare in mind too that some of the west side houses still fall in the Mckinney High district which is on the east side.
