I am just curious if belvedere is still belve, or belvadette...haha. I am actually predicting you are having a girl. What are your thoughts?

I just had my first regular monthly check up yesterday - got to hear the heartbeat again...love that!
Gender mystery will be solved on August 22. Sweet, a month from today! I can't wait. I am leaning toward thinking it's a boy simply b/c C is sooo sure it's a boy. You and my dad are my first two girl votes! So thanks for keeping that dream alive!
I am just so excited I can hardly stand it. We ate at the food court last nite before seeing a movie and I was totaly staring at this cute little boy eating his chicken nuggets and signing to himself and playing w/ his toy. We are going to have so much fun in baby land!
I know, I can't wait. It's like I have waited my entire life for this and it is finally just a reach away. It is going by so fast.
Have you picked out any names, furniture, or any other baby garb yet. I think we are going to buy our crib and register sometime in the next few weeks. Yay! Registering is so much fun.
I was with my mom this past weekend and every store we went to she bought him a toy. Of course he already has a ridiculous amount of clothes. There are lots of cute boy clothes out there these days.
I haven't bought anything but a Gator's jump suit. And my mom has been getting mostly blankets and towels - anything that's quote "too soft to put down." She's so funny. Waiting on the sex discovery to start buying so it's not all yellow and green!
For names, we were kinda doing the same, waiting till we racked our brains too much. But Diane (lanceanddiane) gave us the best book called "Baby name survey." It tells you what people think of when they hear certain names, so not really the name's meaning just what it conjurs up - like Bertha is a fat lazy girl with few friends! Ha. It's been the most helpful resource to us so far.
Do you guys have names yet?
Where will you do your registery? I was just thinking about that the other day. My SIL did solid colored bedding at Pottery Barn and then matching stuff at Target to save a little money - the sheets from PB were so amazingly soft!
Oh, I would like to check out that book. Some people dont care what others think but I do. I am self cosious about what others will think when they hear his name.
We will probably just register at BabiesRUs. I do love Pottery Barn but the bedding we want is from BRU and outside of that there is nothing we would need at PB. There is lots of good stuff at Target but I dont want to register there because of the return policy.( I actually read on 2nd tri that BRU is cracking down on their policy also)
I actually did create a registery at Target for the crib, mattress, glider and a dresser. I put my EDD for 8/1. I did it for the registery close out discount. I am not sure If I will get any of it though.

I got check out BRU a little better - I just always think of Target as the only option. None of my IL's know places like PB anyway!
When we registered at Crate for the wedding, they were calling my mom like "Crate and what?"
Last few times I dealt w/ Target for returns, they were good - but it wasn't registry stuff so that angle might still be dumb over there.
I want to try to register on some of the green/natural websites I have been finding too, but it might be easier said than done..

Target is fine with returns as long as you have the reciept. How do you ask a gift giver for the reciept??
