Anyone have big plans today? (If you are going to the Ellen Show, please ignore this question!
)
I'm heading off to work but I wanted to wish everyone a good day. Ellen mamas, post ASAP and tell us less fortunate ones about your prizes!
Re: Happy Thursday!
No specific plans per say. I still haven't had a chance to go over to the mall to exchange some clothes. I am not sure if I feel like going today or tomorrow.
After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
Kim - I am so sorry to hear about your grandmother. My condolences to you and your family.
I have the day off to go to the Ellen Show, sorry Irma. I'll shut up now.
Kim: She was a brave, strong woman. Thankfully she can rest now. *hugs*
Last night was crazy. P let the dogs out (I was downstairs talking to a neighbor) w/out their leashes. The neighbors little boy came outside, Sadie loves that little boy. She ran straight to him & didnt' notice his dad was bringing out their dog as well. their dog is NOT nice. She grabbed Sadie & flung her in the air. It was so scary. Poor Sadie ran straight to me. She was so upset, shaking & even peed a little.
No big plans tonight.
Robyn: I miss the days of going out when I felt like it.
Brandy-That sounds scary! I hope your pup is okay.
Kim-My condolences to you and your family.
Today, it's ELLEN. I'm so excited!
. Yesterday I found out I'm only 1cm dialated and 60% effaced so I have awhile to go. I'm glad I get to make it to the show.
Have fun at the show girls!
Kim- sorry to hear about your grandma.
Kim- so sorry to hear about your grandma.
Brandy- that is so scary! Is she ok?
Kim - so sorry about your loss!
PG girls - have fun at Ellen!
Last night was nothing exciting, went to the mall to buy some makeup since I was out and I used the last of the Macys giftcards we got for our wedding
. Dunkin's really adjusting well and it made the night so much easier. We took him to Petsmart to buy some treats and a new leash and checked out the Banfield pet hospital there...I think we might get him the pet insurance fo the first year but I'm not sure. All you pet owners, any thoughts? recs?
Sadie is doing fine now. At first she wouldn't let me put her down. It was so sad, she wouldn't stop shaking.
after a few minutes P asked if she wanted to go potty. She ran up to him happy as can be. I watched her for the rest of the night to make sure she wasn't limping or anything.
Noosh: everytime I paid a vet bill, I thought of getting ins. lol on a side note I heard banfield is a rip off. but you should visit. i believe in store you can get a coupon for a free first visit or something like that.plus a coupon for their doggy classes.
Naughty!
I priced out a few other insurances but they all seem to be a bit of a rip off. I just want something like people insurance where more or less everything is covered. I even checked out some of the popular ins companies and one for example makes you pay a $50 for every new incident, will only pay out a certain amount for each item and you're responsible for paying the vet the difference, and they will only reimburse you 90% of the costs they cover. So really doesnt save you much. Banfield was nice bc it seems to have loop holes. My CW goes to the same one by our house and said she was happy with it for her dog so guess we'll give it a try.... =/
Kim - Sorry to hear about your grandma!
Brandy - Glad to hear the pup's ok...just a little scared!
Noush - We have insurance through Banfield and like it. It was especially helpful the first year with the shots and then when we got them fixed.
Just working today and going back to the hotel tonight. EnviroCheck came this morning to test for bacteria. They'll have the results tomorrow morning by 11:30am. Hopefully Qwik Response can get out here soon after and get the fans and plastic outta here! The constant humming of the fans is driving me insane! Next week, we can then start on rebuilding - hooray!
Hope everyone is having a great day!
Kim - Sorry about your loss. Please take it easy! Are you supposed to still be on bedrest?
Brandy - poor Sadie! Your neighbor dog sounds like my neighbor dog! Glad to hear Sadie is much better.
Lori- Crossing my fingers that Qwik Response will live up to their name & get to you quickly!
Last night, I worked on the boys invitation - we're doing a double celebration - -T's b-day & E's baptism. ?Gotta send those out soon before the stamp price increase.
OH & if you read my blog - - My Ellen tickets came in the mail yesterday! Guaranteed tickets for the Backlot Bash on the 18th!!! Yay!
