Poll: Sweetest thing your hubby did for you lately?
Mine....
I had a migrane yesterday and D went to the grocery store to get everything we needed...and brought back my favorite ice cream and a black and white cookie for me.
Re: Poll: Sweetest thing your hubby did for you lately?
Something he said yesterday.
I was texting him during work. I told him about my uncle being in jail, and told him what for. He said "sigh". So I kinda jumped down his throat saying "You don't even know Terry, don't act like you expected it.....etc..." I got upset because Phil tends to do that. He got upset, and I apologized.
Then he texts me back:
"It's ok. Just know I'm on your side. It's my family now too."
It made me so happy. He never says stuff like that, and it was just awesome for him to come out and say it.
He's a big fan of the new hair and said to me last night "When do I get a date with my new wife? I need to take you out." Made me smile.
He's also helped me feel a lot better and less stressed about the whole car situation.
When I was feeling blah after a crappy day, I came home to find a note taped to the wall in the foyer:
"Babe's instructions:
1. Put down your crap.
2. Go change into something comfy.
3. Lie down on the couch.
4. Find a nice program on the tv.
5. Don't do a damn thing. I got it."
Berri - that's really sweet
