BC question
I'm looking at the library's collection online right now so that I might be able to get my first couple books tonight or this weekend.
Which Sookie Stackhouse book is #1?
And (a dumb question probably), which Twilight is the first? Just the one called Twilight?
I admittedly know nothing about either of these series.

Twilight #1 is Twilight. #2 is New Moon #3 is Eclipse #4 is Breaking Dawn

Debatable. She has said she won't write anymore about Bella and Edward's future. Now, there are plenty of other characters she could branch off to. Plus, money talks, and Twilight is screaming.
There is also a book she has been working on called Midnight Sun. She basically was re-writing Twilight (book one) from Edwards point of view, since the original is entirely Bella's. Someone leaked it on the internet before it was done, and she freaked out and stopped writing it. You can read the partial draft online on her website. It is awesome. It explains so much more. I highly recommend skipping right to that after book one before you forget anything. She keeps saying she doesn't know if she'll finish it. Considering its half done and she could make a bagillion dollars with it, I'm sure she will. Here's hoping!
I'll have to ask you about it again when I finish the book. I think I would really enjoy that for almost every book. She should really finish it! I'll call her and tell her. HA HA.
When I was in school I took an American and British Lit class in the same semester from the same teacher. Our final project for both classes were to rewrite one of the stories we read from our point of view, from our own made up character. So what I did was used Huck Finn to rewrite Chaucers Canterbury Tales, and then put Chaucer to rewrite Huck Finn. It was absolutely awesome. He loved it so much he brought it to his "nerd" group and let other professors take copies of it. Anyways - after that prject it made me always want to know what someone else's point of view would be from a lot of stories.
