Photosharing

My apologies if you guys have already discussed this, but I'm wondering.  Those of you that did the "share your photos" cards for your wedding, are people actually uploading photos?  I've only had three people upload and of those two of them have a ton of random photos.  Just cu

Re: Photosharing

  • I didn't sorry. Sad
  • I did... we've had five or six people each upload a bunch of photos, including my Uncle who took like 90 or something.  I'd love to get more, but I already consider it worth it based on what we have.
  • That's supposed to say "Just curious".  LOL..
  • this is the nest! you can edit it and fix it now!
  • LOL.. Yeah, missed that button.  It was my first OP..give me some time to figure this thing out! Stick out tongue
  • ironic that you just posted this... I just had my 2nd person upload some pictures to our share site.  My cousin did the very next day and then I put mine up from the rehearsal dinner, but other than that nothing.. other than my friend that just now did, seriously like 5 minutes ago.  I had a cousin post hers on facebook and i just saved them all so I have a copy (plan to put it on shutterfly under her name so others can see if they want, ie: my mom)... and i just emailed my MOH and BM asking them to please remember when they have time hee hee... hopefully a few more will pop up since I just sent out TY cards and stuck a share card in them - sneaky sneaky
  • Yeah, I've seen several pictures on FB and MS, but nothing on our website.  That's a good idea about sticking them in the TY cards.  I might have to do that.  Of course, by then I'll probably have my pros and I'll def have plenty of those.

  • We've had five uploads so far, one of which is mine. My cousin gave me her disc so I could do it for her, so that'd be 6. We had about 25 people join ours so people are definitely looking at them. Everyone who has says they loved the idea.
  • we have over 900 pictures so far, with at least 3 more people planning to upload!! it was a huge success!! people thought it was such an awesome idea
  • Love the idea of sticking another card in with the thank you!  There are people who told me they would upload who might just need a little reminder :)
  • I've had 6 or 7 upload so far.
  • FAIL!  Only 2 people besides me have uploaded photos.  1 of them being Jennnnnay.
  • Nobody uploaded photos to mine, even though I did the photoshare cards AND sent out an email after the wedding. I am the only person who uploaded photos to it.
  • This was a big fail for me. No one took the cards, I even put a sign with them. Then after the reception, I found a bunch all over the dance floor like someone used them for confetti. It made me a little upset. My cousins took the photosharing cards, but put them on FB and not the website. So, the remaining cards I do have, I'm going to put them in the thank you notes. Hopefully someone will participate.Confused
