I'm meh today - I went to bed with a headache and woke up with one this morning. Yah.

And I think I've figured out what car I want, and found some models we can afford. I've even convinced my husband we can afford it. Gotta love it - the guy's known me for something like 6 years. He knows if I bring him something, I've thought it through, asked around, done my homework, and wouldn't have brought it to him unless I had solid ground to stand in to plead my case. So up until I put in the sale price, our trade in, our down payment, standard APR for the terms we'd want, and he saw firsthand what we could get for payments, he didn't buy it. LOL

good morning, I'm just glad it's friday. Hubs is being a PITA over the house stuff, it's getting old, sometimes I wish he'd step up and act like the man in this relationship, he doesn't want to do any of the work on the house, he wants to pay someone else to do it, if we could afford to just pay someone else to do it, don't you think I'd just buy a house that didn't need the work, if he actually paid attention or educated himself on the home buying process maybe he would understand some of this, rather then just act like he's along for the ride. ok vent over.
I'm super excited for you Michelle, now is when you start feeling baby a lot more, i had a baby monitor so I could listen to my boys

I'm good. The sun is out this morning, which is so nice. I think it is the first time in a week that I have woken up and it hasn't been raining. I'm a little tired but that's ok. I had charlie horses all night last night.

We're hoping to test drive the Fusion tonight before making that our final selection (but I love my current Ford, and this is just the model up from my Focus). So barring an extreme dislike while test driving (which I don't expect), we're eyeing up 2009 Fusions. And there's one about 2 hours from here.. beautiful, black with sun roof, 6000 miles, and an even better price tag! LOL
Hi everyone. Everyone has such exciting news all around, babies are coming soon, cars and houses are begin bought, today is a cute little pup's b-day and all of our anny's were or are right around the corner.

My dad in England has a Fusion and loves it, he's a Ford man all the way. I hope you guys get it!
Not wishing to put a damper on your black car. I love the look of my black car, HATE everything else about it (both the salesman and John tried their hardest to talk me out of getting it). It never looks clean unless I've just pulled out of the car wash, it shows every scratch ding and dent and for some reason other drivers don't see me, I get cut off all the time, I've started to drive with my lights on during the day. Just this morning a lady was making a left turn, she started to pull right in front of me and only at the last second did she stop.
My last car was a pewter color, loved it, it always looked clean and didn't show a spec of dirt.
MH's SUV is navy and I only like the way it looks just washed too. On the other hand, my white car always look clean even when it isn't. I want my next car to be silver...I think it hides dirt, dings, etc. the most.
I'm limited in colors since we're looking for a 2009, not a 2010. All we can find is sandstone/gold (which I REFUSE to get), black, and I think there might be 1 or 2 red or silver ones in Milwaukee, but they have WAY more miles on them.
I'm curious to see what the friend of a friend (he owns a Ford dealership) can find for us.
