Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I decided...
First of all, Thank you to everyone who responded to my "I need advice" post yesterday! I really appreciate everyones input, and it made me think about some thing that I had not, and might not have thought about.
I have decided that for the most part I am going to leave the situation alone. I think that the next time DH & I go to the beach I will ask her mom if L would like to go. If not that is fine, I tried. But I won't get involved any further then that.
But, I did decide that I am going to start volunteering somewhere. We have a Big Brother, Big Sister chapter not to far from where I live, and there is also the United Way that has some volunteering opportunities.
Seeing & Hearing everything that has been going on with L makes me want to help, If I can't help her, then maybe I can reach out to another child, bc I know there are are alot of chidren that need that same attention.

That's awesome Jena!!!! I would love to do something like that....I think you made the best decision possible for that situation. I'm gonna pray for them though, I hope something good happens to them, they all deserve it. Keep us updated on your volunteering, that is amazing!!
