Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I'm back
No surgery needed...yet!
I don't have what they thought it was yesterday, I have something a little better for now and worse for later, I'll spare you the details 
Basically it can be controlled by diet, lot's of fresh fruit and veg, no processed foods etc. The worse for later part is if the diet doesn't cure it then I have the possibility of them going in removing part of my bowels...a lovely thought!
Tomorrow we'll be hitting the farmers market!
