As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Hey, IDK if you saw Daniela's status on her FB, but it was a link to a dateline thing about Ikaria (sp) an island off Greece....OMG it's georgous there and it has lots of old people and goats and it just looks soo relaxing and peaceful... I want to move there!! 
It talked about how they live a long time over there and what they do for that to happen. They also talked about the Mediterranean diet which is lots of greens, vegetables and olive oil OH and they also drink LOTS of goats milk....I have never tried it, but I've heard it's not that bad. Anyways I just wanted to share cause I found it fascinating!! here's the link
