How is it possible to accumulate so much STUFF?
I swear to G, I feel like I am ALWAYS cleaning things out and throwing away tons and tons of papers, mags, clothes, shoes, etc. Each time, I have grocery bags full of just trash and junk.
I'm actually sweating doing this right now.
It pisses me off.
Re: How is it possible to accumulate so much STUFF?
who is G and why are you swearing at him?
i hope you're recycling that stuff.
ha!
I regularly drop off stuff at the Goodwill collection place at the store, but not the junk like mags and worn out clothing items. Random junk like keychain giveaways, picture frame giveaways, etc. I get a lot of promotional crap from bankers and financial advisors that I initially keep but eventually end up tossing.
Oh brother this is annoying.
I hear ya, I just got rid of endless bags of crap.
If you happen to donate any professional attire, you should give it to dress for success. They help prepare women for the job seeking process by giving them business attire.
Maybe just don't keep the promotional crap in the first place. Either refuse it or get rid of it as soon as you can. Now after you're done cleaning your place, you should come over and clean mine
this. I usually refuse to take any free sh!t because, well, it's usually sh!t.
ditto. It takes a lot of will power, but so worth it!
I like this rule. I'm going to have to try this one. But I'm such a pack rat.
