Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

f/u: my appt was today.....
Well I went to my gyno today......my appt was @ 920...she came in at 10:30. Awesome! I love waiting...but besides that it went fine....She just changed my BC...i had to reschedule my annual....and so we'll see if this new BC regulates or makes it worse..'m prayin for regulates, im sick of this!

Wow - over an hour late is very annoying - not to mention unprofessional. BUT, hope that the new BC helps things out. Much luck and hope things get better quick:)
