Biggest Loser (spoilers)
Wow to the finale and surprise ending! ?I can't believe how TINY Helen got and came from behind to beat Mike and Tara! ?Both of them look amazing, too! ?I'll be interested to see if Helen will be able to maintain that small physique. ?I think Tara's height and build prevented her from pulling off what Helen did. ?She has a bigger frame and is 5'9". ?You can't go much below 155 at that height and frame and be healthy.
And Jerry! ?64 years old and pulled off the at home win! ?Amazing.
The Bride (can't remember her name) looks amazing. ?LOVE Kristin's hair and she's looking great. ?I was surprised how much weight Carla and Joelle lost. ?They didn't seem like they were making much progress as they left the show.
?Sad, but not surprised that Aubrey and Dave?? (orange team) lost relatively little weight.?
Gosh, I could go on and on...?

The finale was good, but I admit, I fast forwarded through more than half of it! 3 hours is a long show!!
Iam SO glad Jerry won the at home prize!! He rocks!! I was rooting for him to win it!
I'm happy that Helen managed to lose so much, but I totally wanted Mike or Tara to win. Helen was my last pick. Oh well. They all look incredible! I watched with my mom and told her that if he doesn't already, Mike will probably have himself a girlfriend soon. Kid is too cuuuute!
I was so shocked that Helen won! I did not see that one coming. Although I think she looked a little too skinny. I think Tara looked great, her arms were toned and she looked in shape, Helen looked just skinny. Although I do think Tara can lose a few more lbs (not that she doesn't look wonderful or needs to lose more but I don't think that under 155 would be unhealthy). And Mike, dang, he looked awesome! My jaw dropped when he came out at the beginning.
So many of the at home people looked great, but I was surprised at how mnay hadn't lost more weight.
I don't like Helen and she was my last choice to win. She was acting like such a poser last night on the show. I think she'll be one of those "look at me I'm skinny" kind of people.
I was impressed that Dan lost as much as he did at home. He is still big but to lose 100 lbs is no small feat. His partner definitely needs help, especially with his diet.
I am glad that Mandi/Aubrey (the one in the black dress with 5 kids) is maintaining. I think she'll maybe lose more, but at a much slower rate.
The finale bugged the heck out of me. I told DH that we could have looked up before/after pics on the internet and looked for the winner on the news and saved 3 hours of our lives (well less than that since we sped through most of it!). I was sad they didn't do any "at home" struggles like they did in previous seasons. I think that is so realistic - the struggles, how to fit in weight loss with life, hanging out with friends, etc. They did that a little with the 30 days at home part, but I think there needed to be more focus on that.
I don't blame Helen for staying on the show. If I remember her daughter wanted to let her stay. Helen was a smoker before getting on the show and I think she would have started up again if she went home that early. Her daughter looked good and is still losing weight.
I could tell as soon as they walked out that Tara didn't win. She didn't look that much different to me than she looked on the last episode. She still had bigger thighs and butt where Helen was a stick. I thought Mike had a chance though. It was a great finale, I like that it was so close.
I was really hoping they would announce Mike's brother was going to be on next season. Maybe he still isn't 18.
Jerry was amazing. It goes to show that you don't need the show to do it. He was only on campus for 2 weeks. He did it all on his own. Good for him!

I am not a fan of Helen at all. I was bummed she won. I actually thought she looked better at 147lbs then 117. Her face looked sunken in or something. DH and I think she would look the healthiest around 130lbs.
I was a huge Tara Fan and to be honest not sure she can be smaller then 139 lbs at 5'9" I think she is so pretty! Good for her and I think she has the determination to keep it off.
I really hope Mike keeps is off also. He is 18 and has his whole life ahead of him. I hope he can keep this change.

I had a feeling Aubrey wouldn't loose much at home. I think she is in trouble and will gain it all back. I really thought Mandy might have lost more.
