Walking Challenge Anyone?
Sorry ladies - I've been out most of the day and just remembered it's Wednesday. Most of you may know that I lost my pedometer last week, and have yet to replace it. Anyone have anything to report??
Congrats to Carrie on the awesome resolution she and the DH have made. Go read her post if you haven't. That's today's healthy/walking/motivation challenge news for the day

walked a lot today!!! I walked to the drug store and back, as well as this evening DH and I went for a walk along the river. On Monday I went to the gym with my friend, did some weights and rode the bike for 3 miles.?
Today my pedometer says I walked 6827 steps, which is my highest since starting this challenge!!! I am planning to walk every day. Hopefully I can hit that 10 000 mark soon!!

I have a love/hate relationship with my pedometer. For 5 days straight I was hitting over 10,000 steps each day, the next day 28,000 steps (i wish), and today 310 steps. I think I may need to get a more reliable pedometer.

I purchased the 30 day Shred, did it two days in a row and majorly pulled a muscle in my calf. I took yesterday off but plan on resuming today. So far though I really like the DVD. Great recomendation ladies!!
