Holy cow
The buyer for our house just accepted our final counter-offer. Holy crap. I never expected the house to sell in 2 months!! Don't get me wrong, I'm totally stoked, but completely terrified!! I have to pack up my entire life and be out of my house in 25 days!! We will be homeless! Well, we'll be living with my parents, but still.. homeless! Wow...
Now onto the task of finding moving boxes, packing, finding a storage facility, and moving everything. Wow...

Congrats on selling your house! There was a house on the otherside of our block in our neighborhood that was for sale for over 3yrs. Two months isn't too shabby. Be happy!
Edit: I think the seller wanted wayy too much $$$$ for the house. $400K in our neighborhood is medium pricing, but from what I heard she had water damage in the house & a few other problems that were negoitated into the actual selling price. Then a year later the new owner "tried" to re-sell the place. No luck, not in this market. I don't know what he was thinking.
