Wow...did everyone hear about all the Chrysler closings?
It's crazy how many on the list are PA dealerships...including a bunch in our area...Fishel, Engle-Ressinger, Wissler, etc. I'll be curious to see what GM dealers close since they are saying GM plans to close 1100 dealerships.

I think they are eliminating the Pontiac, Saturn, and Hummer brands so the dealerships would definitely close. I had read a while ago that they were close to a deal to sell Saab too.
I know I read a quote from one dealer owner that said they were planning to stay open to do used car sales but obviously their impact and support of community programs would be alot less.
Just last week there was a story about a few of bidders interested in taking Saturn of GM's hands and continuing the brand under another umbrella.
Will be interesting to see how this pans out...
