Our cake top in freezer when should I defrost it
Hello everyone & Happy 1 year anniversary !
Yeah we made it !! It went so fast.
Can you give me your advice when to defrost our cake
Our anniversary date is 4.28.08
PS I got my DH a watch & wallet our plans for the anniversary is a nice steak dinner (we are saving for our first house by this September)

I have no idea. We didn't do that. The thought of eating freezer burnt year old cake grosses us both out.

Happy Anniversary! We didn't save ours...hope yours is good! I'm sure you've already defrosted by now.
We actually went back to the place that did our cake and got a replica of our top tier...it is soooo yummy! I think we're going to make this a tradition each year...at least as long as we live in the area!
