Boo Monday!
Hey girls! How was everyone's weekend? Ours was great!!! It was my sister's wedding weekend and everything went great. The sun even came out Saturday at 4 and stayed out for her entire wedding. She looked so happy and beautiful! It was such a great weekend. However, this morning I can barely talk and my throat is burning! I hope I don't have strept. Hope everyone else had a great weekend!

I HATE Mondays b/c it means I have to go to work, ha ha. BUT today DH is coming back from a 6 day track meet trip and I'll be SO glad to see him!!!!!
Thanks girl! I just saw your post on facebook. My toast went very well. The couple glasses of wine I had right before really calmed me down!
My weekend was great! DH ended up having the whole weekend off! Saturday we went to see Angels and Demons (which was just as good as the book) and then we did a little messing around before coming home. Sunday we had a big family get together (which was just eh...with a few exceptions, this isn't my favorite side of the family). It was also Memorial Day at the cemetary that my grandparents, aunt, and uncle are buried but with it raining I didn't make it out there.
I really don't want to be at work today. Come on 3-day weekend!
My weekend was good! We went to get Mexican food (my favorite) and we saw Star Trek, which was REALLY good. (and no, I've never been into the show or anything. ) I think I want to see it again.
Tonight we are going to the Coldplay show! I am so excited

LOL!!!! I wasn't supposed to do a toast at my sister's b/c she's just not into all those formalities, but after my BIL's best man spoke (his dad) he just handed the mic to me - needless to say I wasn't prepared but my sister said I did great just adlibing!!!!
Wendy, I SO want to see this w/DH after our trip to Italy. hmmm, maybe I'll suggest going to see it this wknd!!!!! I still want to read the book though.
HaHa!!! Seeing the movie actually made me want to go to Italy more than ever!
I read the book 4 years ago and I was hoping they would turn it into a movie after The DaVinci Code was made so I was excited to hear that they did!

I said something to Brad last night about going to see it - he said it didn't get good reviews (he was going to put it in our blockbuster queue and didn't think I'd want to see it in the theater) and that the places in the movie that we went to are just "made up in Hollywood" - which I knew but I figured would still be cool to see!!!
