Good Morning
I'm cranky. I had to come in earlier than usual for Tuesdays because I have an intern coming and he wants to 'meet up'. Joy. Then I get to endure class tonight and the rest of the week I'll be at a conference. Woo-hoo. Makes me wish I had internet on my phone.
This will probably be the last day I'll be on here before our vacation. It cannot come soon enough!

I'm going to meet my nephew next Thursday. I'm so excited to go meet him that this week is dragging like crazy! I can only imagine how slow next Monday and Tuesday will go.
Hi! I am so jealous of everyone taking vacations!!! I so desperately want to go away... I guess I'll just have to wait.
WTF is up with these cold mornings? I thought about covering up my veggies and herbs last night, but then saw that I wasn't in the 'frost' zone (according to the news). However, there was frost on my car this morning. Awesome.

I woke up with heart burn and nausea AGAIN. For whatever reason saying I have heart burn makes me feel old. I'm calling the doctor today because this is day 9 and it's the nausea that I really can't take anymore... funtimes.
Other than that my plans include spending time with my grandpa (who's been in the hospital for two weeks), shopping and cleaning up a bit because I'm having friends over tomorrow.

Toni--I cannot believe how close you are getting! You must be so excited!!
So, I totally busted it bringing dinner into our living room last night. My big toe somehow bent a weird way and today my foot (where the big toe meets the foot) is very swollen. Anyone know when this will go away or what I can do for it? I took advil and iced it bc it was really hurting last night. It is sore today, so I have been walking on the other side of that foot.

Ouch, Krista! I'd say just keep taking advil, keep it elevated and iced when you can. If it still hurts to walk on, I'd go see a doctor. I can let you borrow a massive walking boot from when H broke his leg--it's very sexy.
