I did my first "workout" with it last night and I'm sore today. For the most part it was pretty good, kept me interested and was a fun change. I tried it on Medium, my stud muffin husband did it on hard, it kicked his butt, he will be chaning it to medium (he hasn't worked out in years). In the 20 min work out I did some running in place, inline skating / jumping, lunges, squats, bent over rows, shoulder lifts, boxing, accourding to the counter I burned about 155 calories in the 20 min, it did get me sweating, I jumped on the bike after to makeup the rest of the 400 calories I try to burn daily.
Cons- i wanted the workout to be longer and have more cardio and I wish it came with more/ better resistant band (I've got my own so I'm going to use those in the future). There were a couple of moves that the sensor wasn't picking up, which was annoying. I wouldn't count on this for my whole workout, but as a fun warm-up, or when i don't have much time, it was fun.
