Happy Friday! Just have to make it until 3:00 today!
No solid plans, just looking forward to spending some time with the hubs. I'm going to try to plan something cheapish and easy, like putt-putt, or the zoo, or the beach. Just looking forward to being a bum this weekend!
I'm so needing a weekend right now. :-

Saturday: Grading, going out somewhere with MH and his buddies
Sunday: Flight of the Conchords show at the Greek

Man, I feel like this school year flew by, but these last few weeks are totally draaaaaging. ugghh, I'm so happy we have a long weekend.
No big plans this weekend.Well, um, actually a pretty nice little weekend, we're going to go to Home Depot. Yeah, buy some wallpaper, maybe get some flooring, stuff like that. Maybe Bed, Bath, & Beyond, I don't know, I don't know if we'll have enough time.

This afternoon I'm going to pick up my husband from the airport, and we're spending the weekend checkin' out the historic triangle. Very nerdy plans

Our to-do list for the weekend looks like this:
- Work in our garage (which is frequently our thing to do since I moved into my parents old house they left a ton of their crap, 10 years of living here with seven people's crap = lots of work).
- Hang out with R's brother.
- Swap meet
- Bergstrom's furniture clearance in Irvine
- Take out our foster puppy's stitches, take better pictures
- Work on Bella's quilt
- Hospital tour @ St. Joseph's on Monday night.

Oh, you mean I could just use my New Orleans pics? I didn't even think of that. I figured those wouldn't fit the whole "part of your normal day" theme.
I think I will have to do the moving car photos on Tuesday. Again.
oh good point. i'm supposed to try to go do the cars today, but we'll see.
Tonight: going with friends to the Williams Selyem winemaker dinner (part of DL's food & wine fest).
Tomorrow: more work on the patio, including setting up the tomato pot (my H decided that we had to try growing upside down tomatos...sigh).
Hanging out w/friends in the evening.
Sunday: possibly going to Scotfest at the OC Fair grounds, not sure.
Weemo, that sucks about the onset of a cold but nevertheless, I hope you have fun in NOLA!
Tonight: Maybe the Jen Lancaster signing. If not, there is a bottle of wine calling my name.
Tomorrow: Pilates, errands, housecleaning and reading Angels & Demons.
Sunday & Monday: A whole lot of laziness and maybe catching a couple of movies.

I thought I was single gal this weekend cause hubs was suppoused to go camping. He's been sick and is worse so he's not going. So i guess I'll be playing nurse.
I get to drop off orange kitty to the rescue tomorrow. Then a funeral for my friends son.
It's an open casket funeral. 
I HATE open casket funerals.I'm sorry if this is rude to some- It's not my intention to be rude but I just do. They give me the heebeejeebees.
The rest of Sat is open.
Sunday is church then wherever the wind will take us.
Monday probably a BBQ with some friends in LB.

we are checking out this little german town about an hour away on sunday. there are some wineries in the area as well.
besides that, just trying to stay cool.
Took today and Tuesday off. ?5 day weekends are awesome. ?DH and I are going camping in San Luis Obispo (sp?). ?
We're at Choke Motorcycle Performance shop in LA, right now. ?Off of Virgil St. ?He's talking mopeds while I use their computer. ??
Just waiting for some friends to get here from work and we're gunna all caravan. ?They were supposed to be here about 45 minutes ago. ?
Tonight: beers and dinner with BFF. Mass gossiping.
Saturday: Getting my D40! We had teacher appreciation week and about 40% of the price of the camera is being paid for with gift cards from my awesome parents
Maybe a trip to the Getty to take some pics
Sunday: college grad party for my cousin in Leucadia. My bro and I plan on asking my Grandma is she knows WTF we are. She pretty much ignores the non-educated grandchildren
Monday: BBQ with H's friends, more pic taking.
