Memorial Day in your hood?
If you are boring like me and on the nest on this glorious day, at least let us know what it's like in your neighborhood!
I am currently in MIL's neighborhood (near our old neighborhood) and everyone is either cutting their grass, fixing their fence or some other task...I am taken aback by this.
I went to the new house earlier, and could see some people ready to get the bbq on! Our neighbor even set up his swimming pool and all. Now that's what I am talking about!

Yes!!!
I spent the morning with the pup in the park. Then DH & I watched a couple movies. Then we met up with our neighbor and her two boston terriers for a 'picnic' in the park. the original idea was to try and grill/bbq at the park - but since we knew everyone else would be doing that - we opted to get take out from a burger/grill place and then just brought food & pups to the park for some fun hang out time. prospect park was amazing today - EVERYONE was out playing, eating, lounging, grilling.
it was a really great day - but definitely miss being able to grill on our own.
