Spray tan - good recommendation on the West Shore?
I think I'm going to get the spray tan thing done instead of tanning this year. Does anyone know of a good place to get this done on the West Shore and does it work well?
Thanks!
Re: Spray tan - good recommendation on the West Shore?
Do you have a Baja Beach by you? I know we have 2 of them here in York and I think they have them in Lancaster. I went there for the spray tan 3 times last year for weddings I was in. I tried it well in advance of the weddings just to see how it went. I thought it worked well. You have to watch your hands, fingers, and feet. It looks a little strong the first day but the next day it looked good. I thought I looked really good in the wedding pics; people said it didn't look fake. Are you doing it for a special occasion or just because? If it's for a special occasion, I'd recommend going in advance to see how it works for you. If you don't have a Baja Beach, then do you have a Hollywood Tan near you?
Make sure you exfoliate, exfoliate and exfoliate some more just before going! Exfoliating will help the spray tan soak in to your skin better and more evenly. Also be sure to shave your legs just before you go. Make sure to wear clothes you don't mind getting ruined with the color. And don't several hours before going to bed. You don't want to get the color on your bed sheets. If I remember correctly, there's a how-to video on youtube. Try googling it and see what you find. Good luck!
