Ok, who watched it?
I've only seen a few episodes (and most of them were this weekend during the never ending marathon on TLC) but I did watch last night. ?I must say, I've always thought Kate was not a nice woman but I felt SO sorry for her when she was talking about the divorce rate and the picture at the birthday party possibly being the last one.?

I watched it! I was looking forward to it all day, sad, I know. I just wanted to see how they would be acting towards each other.
I also felt bad for her. I mainly feel bad for their kids and how they know who the paparazzi are and they were lurking around their b-day party. I don't see them staying together for much longer.
People have been talking about that statistic on the Multiples board this morning and no one has heard of it.
Personally, I watched the show one time about a year ago and that was enough for me. I don't feel bad for either Jon or Kate. They have 8 young kids. 2 of whom are definitely of an age to understand what they hear on tv or the radio about their parents. I think both Jon and Kate need to grow up and take their family out of the public light and work on their marriage. Someone on my local nest board said that there is a movie in the works and the publicity they have been receiving will help promote the movie. Whatever the case is, I think they are both disgusting as people and parents.
I don't watch it but seriously thought about watching this episode last night. I'm curious.. I do feel kind of bad because they're constantly harrassed, but they brought it on themselves partially. I feel bad for the kids more than Jon & Kate, though.
I don't know what to make of their alleged affairs. I'm not even sure how much I care about them. LOL It's their business... I would LIKE to know what really happened, but it's not keeping me up at night.
Kristi: I think I actually have read that statistic about parents of multiples before but it wasn't parents of twins - it was parents of triplets, quads, etc. ?I can't remember where I saw it (and I thought it was twice as likely, not three times, but again, I can't remember exactly).?
I do feel worse for the kids than for them. ?Someone pointed out that if it weren't for the show, chances are they wouldn't be able to survive on a "normal" income alone (can you imagine buying food for 10 people, having to pay for that many nannies, having to pay the electric bill???). ?Either way, I think that if they are going to stay married, they need to get away from the show and the publicity and work on themselves. ?Then again, if he slept with someone else, I think she should leave him (I have little tolerance for sleeping around)...?
I recorded a rerun and watched it during lunch. While I'm not a watcher of the show and don't know all the details I feel terribly bad for the children. They truly are the only ones that are going to be suffering. I don't feel bad for Jon or Kate because they brought it upon themselves. Did they honestly think they could stay out of the limelight and have a tv show? Doesn't seem like they are getting along at all whcih is sad after 10 years of marriage and having all the kids. Seems like they've been through a lot.
P.S. I hate Kates hair...it really bugs me.
LOL...I hate how it is lopsided too! I just wanted to take it and put it behind her ears. And the thing in the back looks like she's been attacked by a flock of birds! I will say though that for having 8 kids she looks pretty good (even though she did have a tummy tuck and boob job).
