Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I know I said I would let you know if anyone cancelled tonight to get you in earlier....can you train at 6:30 or is that to early?  If not 8 is still good just let me know!!

    I'm good with either.

    So I had "breakfast" (I put a banana, 1/2 cup of fat free milk, ice, and a teaspoon of splenda into the blender)  at the ungodly time of 6:30 am today and right now I'm freaking starving.  I had to break out my emergency cheerios. 

    Drinking my breakfast wasn't nearly as hard as just eating the banana.  You early breakfast people just boggle my mind.

  • haha, you'll get use to the whole breakfast thing...I hated it at first b/c it made me sick....and it will definitely make you hungry which is a good sign b/c that's your metabolism working.

    Erin is the one that normally works later right?  I'll have to see if she responds back b/c I don't want to change it unless it's good for her.
