How was everyone's holiday weekend?
Mine was good, but flew by! I was really glad the weather held out and we were able to get to the pool Sunday and Monday. We grilled out, drank beers and hung out pretty much all weekend. Very low key, but perfect!

Mine was crazy, but of course that was expected. Sunday, since it wasn't a beach day, we were packed beyond packed. It was amazing. It made the day fly by and at the end of the night, we actually just had to close the door and close. People wouldn't stop coming in, we had been there for 16 hours and had hit a wall. Yesterday, against my own rules ventured to the boardwalk with the kids since I bought them season passes and yesterday was bring a friend day. That meant each of us could bring someone and get them wristbands for free, a $45 value, so we went for it. It was actually a really nice day and not even close to crowded. We spent 6 hours on the rides and stopped briefly for some Sam's Pizza. I was beat when I got home and went right to bed.
Ours was pretty low key. We hung out with some neighbors, and by my parents pool Sun-Mon. The pool was too cold for me, but H enjoyed it.
Only 3 more weekends until my due date - that somehow makes it seem closer.
What we thought was gonna be a weekend of nothing to do but relax turned into anything but...but we had a great time. Friday we went out with friends, Saturday we spent the day at his parents opening the bar and getting ready for Sunday's BBQ...My fiancee built a tiki bar in his parents backyard 6 years ago and it's a fully stocked bar with a flat screen tv and all...it's where we spend our whole summer. Sunday and Monday were also spent at BBQ's so I feel like I've been eating hot dogs and burgers for days!!!!
I'm just happy the weather stayed nuts, we were so ready for it to rain and it never did
