I did a whole lot of relaxing. I went to BB&B and bought a bunch of stuff for the house. We also went a purchased a new mattress! Can't wait for it to arrive. It's like sleeping on a cloud! We also saw Angels and Demons yesterday and grilled out.

The long weekend was great, and filled with lots of shopping and margaritas. I also signed up for the Brentwood 5k in June because it's sponsored by CPK
. They promise "food and drinks galore to all those who finsh the race". How could I say no to that
.
The two things that stand out this week are my dance performance on Thursday and my three day graduate comprehensive exam this weekend
.
I need 4 day weekends more often! we did a whole lot of relaxing, which was perfect!
not excited for this week, I am dragging already.
Good long weekend, although I did work a bit yesterday.
Most of the weekend was pretty low key. Went out into nature and saw dolphins, blue herons, and snakes. Didn't get as much studying in as I wanted, but I was 8 seconds away from a new 5k PR yesterday... next time!

Weekend was good. Did a whole lot of nothing.
Highlights include: dinner with friends, Star Trek movie, finally finishing thank you cards. Now I just need to buy some stamps.

Fri: Dinner, drinks, relaxing
Sat: Grading, watched Lakers game/UFC fight at a friend's house, went out in Newport
Sun: Dinner at Luna Park (50% off everything including drinks thanks to a Twitter discount!), Flight of the Conchords show
Mon: 5 mile walk in Back Bay, fun BBQ with friends
Yay for a short week!
My weekend was hectic.
Friday--flew to NC for IL family wedding....found yummy BBQ for dinner and watched the playoffs
Saturday--tried another BBQ place (we love Carolina bbq), spent the afternoon catching up with Vs bff from high school in Bombay who happened to live some what close to the area we were staying, a marathon rehearsal dinner with ILs
Sunday--wedding (very pretty and Southern wedding) followed by double receptions
Monday-flew home and was lazy all day
This week is going to be hectic. I am flying out to Utah for a work conference tomorrow, but the real bonuses while I'm there is staying with my MOH for the week, getting together with a friend I haven't seen in years and a spa night with the girls...whee!!
I had a great weekend!
Saturday- ballet class, had people over for Laker game, Dodger game, UFC
Sunday- cleaned house from night before, made our rounds to a couple different houses for bbq's
Monday- playdate with friend and her son, then dinner at ILs
Fri - headed to Palm Springs, hung out with the fam and took a late night trip to the Casino aka Suckino. My older sis and I danced with some dude who was about 75 in the club. Good times
The guys gambled until 2, we grabbed some Del Taco and went to bed around 3.
Sat - the whole crew went to Soak City in Palm Springs. Surprisingly fun because we had a cabana, and they serve booze.
Sun -BBQ fun
Mon - headed home, took a bike ride in HB.
good times & a busy week again. My little bro graduates from LB tomorrow.

This weekend was serious Heaven.
Dinner with friends, followed by camping, working out, lots of shopping (woooooot!), vegging with a few oh so bad but yet so good movies, bbq, lots of eating out.
Weekend was so good I don't even have the energy to discuss it
This week - well, I'm happy it's a short one.

Nothing breeds faster than Crazy
Weekend was spent enjoying our last few days in Boston with my family which meant lots of family get togethers. We even ended up getting some more wedding presents from some family friends which I wasnt expecting but I'm not complaining about the $100 Nordstrom's giftcard we got that has been burning a hole in my wallet dying to be spent at their semi annual sale!
Other than family stuff, we headed up to NH and Maine for a bit. We got back yesterday at 10 am and headed down to San Clemente to pick up the puppy from BIL's then spent the rest of the day hanging out with him.
It was a good weekend up until the very end of it.
Friday: Had dinner with the neighbors, followed by game night.
Saturday: Read Angels & Demons. Watched tv.
Sunday: Watched Star Trek. Decided H and I should be Spock and Uhuru for Halloween.
Monday: Had a mani/pedi. Went to lunch at Lucille's. Watched Angels & Demons. Went ice skating. Fell while skating, directly onto my tailbone. I am literally a broke ass 'ho at the moment. ;-)
This week: Busy at work through Thursday.
