So I fell down the stairs!
I ALWAYS count my steps when I go up and down (wierd I know).
So I was comming down the stairs with bags of trash (not heavy) and I *thought* that I had all the stairs, guess not! LOL!!
I missed the 2nd to last one and WHOOPS! Luckly I was almost on the 1st floor, because that's where I landed! LOL!!
I stayed on the floor for a few minutes to catch my breth, and make sure that I didn't have any contractions (all good!)
But now my baby toe hurts sooooo bad!! I think I need a bag of frozen veggies or something!

Re: So I fell down the stairs!
Oh my, I'm glad you are ok. Pay attention to anything abnormal you may feel in the next few hour. I fell at 7 months and started to feel contractions and nausea a couple of hours later. We went to our birthing class that same night and the nurse was kind enough to do a fetal heart monitor check to give me peace of mind.
GL
Yeah, that's enough cleaning. Sounds like time for dinner and some TV.
I did something extremely similar when I was pg. Can't remember how far along I was now but I did have quite a belly. I am glad you're feeling good. ANd sorry but the part about your toe made me giggle.
OMG! I was scared to open this, but I'm happy you are okay! Poor little toe, definitely pull out the frozen veggies.
And since everyone is sharing their stories, I had a patient that slipped and fell at 8 months pg, it was also on Christmas day, and dislocated her kneecap. She couldn't get up, they had to call 911 and then they couldn't give her pain meds because of the pregnancy. Poor girl was on crutches until she delivered. I just think that's crazy!
Anyway, back to you Sharra, I hope your toe feels better!
Owie Val! Glad you are ok.
Who's Ralph? Are you naming your DS Ralph?
nooooooo, lol! Ralph is our grand father-in-law, lol!
Oh, good!!
Val- NICE!!!
We make quite a pair! LOL!!
My toe still hurts BAD! UGH! And the LO is doing fine (I never had any contractions) The reason my toe and ankle suffered was because I tried to fall backwards, intead of on the belly.
Yeah..... and hyphenating(sp) the name.... well.... if it was such a great idea FIL.... why didn't YOU do it?!?!?!
I'm sorry... but NO.
I fell so fast that I didn't have time to choose where I landed. Luckily the LO was very active yesterday.
No kidding. I was like, "uh....HELL NO!" : )
