My little Evie took her 1st steps on Sunday night! We knew it was coming any day now & feel very fortunate that it happened when DH & I were both present. I have never been prouder about anything in my whole life!!! This will definitely be a memorable Memorial weekend for us!!!

We'd have to be filming all the time to catch it, she still prefers crawling & cruising most of the time. Soon enough though!

It's not unheard of at 8 months, but a year is usually when they start walking. I was an early walker (10 months) & so was DH (9 months) & my sister walked at 8 months also, so I think it's in Evie's genes...
