Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Exercise, Ladies?

Well, I think the pedometer report every Wednesday has kind of died, but I'll still try and keep up asking each hump day about your healthy habits and exercise for the week. So, anything to report?

  • Over the weekend I had one day of over 6000 steps and another of over 7000! But my diet majorly sucked (beer, ball park franks, ice cream..)

    I have gained back all the weight i lost a few weeks ago...

    Starting again today with the healthier eating. planning to go for a walk too since it stopped raining. ?

  • I was waiting till my weight watchers check in to post and I'm glad, lost 2 pounds.  I really like the knot getting in shape board if anyone is looking for good ideas or motivation. 
  • I have been eating freakin' horribly!!! ugh... I mean bad. We've had brownies in our house since Sunday. Oh, they are SOOOOOO tasty! and i've just been eating so bad. Ugh.
