my family)

My worse splurge before was probably drinking...bad but we were living with a friend and he drank a lot so we did too.
Now and always it's carbs though - bread is heaven....and any kind of cheese. I go through sugar periods where I want some candy but not that often.
I had a few bad weeks because DH was OOT (and we have three dogs which is a bad excuse but the one needs to keep her schedule pretty well) and then he was really bad about going so I got lazy. I finally got back in the grind and then i got put on bedrest.
The good news is I have been very good about watching what I've been eating and with the strange 4lb weight loss last week (I was worried about packing it on lying in bed), I have still gained less than 10lbs. I will hopefully keep being dilligent about what I'm eating and be able to jump right back in pretty shortly after giving birth.

Not good I know but mine were drinking and icecream. they are my major sabotage-ers.

After feeling bad about what I thought was a gain in weight I broke my cardio time by doing 11 minutes.
