Days 4 and 5 - Keep it going!
I know, I know....it's the weekend and we want to rest. But, we can't!! We need to keep shredding!!
I think I've started to work *through* the pain - without giving my muscles time to rest and recuperate, I think they just gave up and realized that aching wasn't going to get them any slack. So, they stopped hurting. 
Don't get me wrong, I am still sore. But I don't feel like my quads are on fire every time I move right now. So I guess that's good.
Everyone staying on the program over the weekend??

I have decided that I'm not going to do the jumping part of the program. For one thing I do it when dd is asleep. So jumping is pretty much not gonna happen anyway. For another, My damn shins hurt afterward.
So I've been doing the boxing, chest flies & crunches while the cardio is going on. ?
Oh yeah. The plank jacks. OMG, the plank jacks.
Ok, I think I can imagine what plank jacks are.....i'm scared.
Last night I super slacked - I took at 'nap' at 8pm and ended up just going to sleep. Today - no 30day shred, but we tortured ourselves at the gym. DH and I went - did 30 min of cardio (bike or treadmill) - the 30 min abs class - and then did a spinning class.
sigh - i'm ready to collapse, but am so glad we did it. shred tomorrow!!
Ugh! I have not started. ?I am going to try to get my ass in gear tonight. ?To be honest, you ladies are frightening me with your stories of pain and trouble breathing...??
