Best site for photo books?

My SO ran his first marathon yesterday and I'd like to create a photo book for him using all of the pictures I took.  I've never created one before so what is the best site to use...quality is definitely important but so is ease of use.  Thanks!

Re: Best site for photo books?

  • I am very happy with the ones I made on Shutterfly.  If you are not in a hurry you can make it and then wait until they have a sale to order it.
  • I have used both Shutterfly and Snapfish and I really like them both.  I think that they are equally easy to use... (I am not that computer literate).  Snapfish typically offers more coupons.  If you go to couponcabin.com they have two different Snapfish coupons... one for free shipping on photobooks and one for $15 off $35 in case there is anything else you need.

I love making photobooks... they are addicting, have fun!

  • I did wedding ones (one for me and one for each of my grandmothers that year at Xmas) from My Publisher and they turned out great.  I liked the various layout options and there was a code available so even with adding a lot of extra pages beyond the norm, I got the 3 books for around $90 total and they have a nice hard cover.
  • I've done shutterfly and mypublisher and both have turned out fine - though shutterfly tends to over saturate intense solid reds unless you check the don't mess with this photo option.

    Cancer sucks.
  • I prefer MyPublisher over Shutterfly.  Can't remember exactly, why, but I compared the two a couple of years ago and have been using MP ever since!
  • Typically I use kodak since that is where i usually upload however, i know that it is cheaper to do it through Walmart, and their books look good!
