What are your plans for (or how have you already spent) the economic stimulus "tax refund" checks?

We got a cubical shelf thingy, two filing cabinets, a new mattress, and a desk-topper shelf. DH loves books and papers. I call him a print-a-holic. He feels the need to print out almost any web page he reads. I love keeping bills and paperwork AND I love cooking so we got TONS of cooking stuff as wedding gifts.
We spent the last TWO weekends throwing out old stuff that we had each accumulated in years of living alone (I'm 28, he's 35) and reorganized what we decided to keep. Our place looks really nice now and it is more relaxing to come home to a clean, organized house than the crowded chaotic cluttered cramped place as it was before we put some work into cleaning it.
We had considered taking a 7-d honeymoon to Mexico but our bosses kind of frowned at the idea of us taking a week off work to just "honeymoon." Maybe next year...
