Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Gotta love Starbucks
The only thing my Starbucks barista got right this morning was that i ordered an iced drink & a croissant. I ordered a grande iced decaf coffee w/hazelnut syrup. I got a venti *regular* coffee (great, now i'm going to bounce off the walls) w/hazelnut syrup & she accidentally charged me for a shot of espresso. Which i don't remember ordering... 
She explained her confusion and then asked if i wanted it & i said no! Then she said the next time i'm there to remind her what happened & she'll give me something for free. 
I seriously doubt that she'll remember this though...

Maybe if they made their menu understandable by their staff, they wouldn't have this problem.
