Dealing with a nasty attorney
So our realtor recommend an attorney for us. It took him a week to get back to us, when he started doing the attorney review before asking us if we wanted work to be done! Then he got smart with me over the phone!
Sooo not happy with the house buying process. I rather get married a thousand times then deal with all of this.
Re: Dealing with a nasty attorney
Well you need one for the closing. They do an attorney review before you do inspection and the appraisal of the home. During the review the go over the contract and hash out all of the details between the two attorneys( sellers & buyers)
