I would love some recommendations of good moving companies in DFW. To be more specific, we are in Mansfield and moving to a home a few miles away from our current one. When we moved into our first house, we did it all ourselves, but had no furniture at the time
...but in no way would I be able to do it again without a moving company. So any advice you girls have will be greatly appreciated!
P.S. Shout out to my old friends from the knot!!!
Re: Mover Recommendations
BTW, most of your old friends are on the DFW Bump board now:

Steve moved us when we moved in our house and is now our neighbor as well. I can't remember what his prices are. Good Luck!
If you have questions you can email me...sjw8019@yahoo.com
Hi there Jenn! Thanks for the link to the new board. You know I have been gone too long when I didn't even know about "the bump"!
Susan, yes we put an offer on the house and went back and forth a couple of times, but they accepted our contract today (or Wednesday since I think it's past midnight!). WHO-HOO!
SJW...thank you so much for the rec! Since I've never had to use movers before, I may be emailing you with questions. I really appreciate your help!!
Hey Jenny! Can't believe your little guy is almost 2! Wow! He's adorable, but time sure flies doesn't it?
Can't recommend movers as we did it ourselves (although we swore NEVER AGAIN afterwards) when I moved to Abilene w/ DH and the Air Force moved us to Japan. I have heard calling the fire dept is always a good idea though- they are trustworthy guys and do a good job, just trying to make a little extra $ on the side.
