How's the day so far? What did you do last night?
H and I watched "New in Town" last night. It's that Renee Zellwigger (sp?) movie. I was really surprised he watched it with me since he hates chick flics but he actually even liked it a little. I thought it was good too.

Worked last night for a bit then moved furniture around. Just wasn't happy with the way I originally had the couch and loveseat placed.
This morning I got up at 5:15 and did Day 2 of the Wii Active 30 Day Challenge. Lots of lunges today...I'm having trouble walking already!
Mom and dad arrive this afternoon with Riley and Murphy! Yay!!
The plumber will be here this morning to check the pipes and reinstall the toilet - I'm actually seeing the light at the end of this tunnel!
Tonight I have a Jr League Perspective New Members cocktail party. Should be fun...they usually are!

Morning. yesterday was nice. Thanks to the storms there was a power outage at work so we got sent home 2 hours early
Isabel, Joaquin and I cuddled on the recliner and watched a movie than we all took a nap together. Than just hanging out and bed. Today more of the same.
Ugh is it Friday yet!?! I swear this has been the longest week ever.
Last night, met up with a friend of mine who just moved back to OC after being in DC for 3 yrs. It's nice to have her back in town!
Tonight get the car washed, grocery shopping, and dinner...besides that not much of anything really.

Last night I went to my sons baseball game we had an emergency the umpire got stung by a bee and he is allergic so we had to call 911 he's ok now but I could see the distress he was in and I just felf horrible for him hopefully this reminds him to carry an epi-pen
Today I woke up super late for work :0( I hate being late
I left work early to get my hair cut. It had been a year since I last had it done. I can't believe it let it go that long. But my friend who does my hair said it looked really good for how long it had been so that's good. It feels so soft now though.

I didn't do much last night. A few loads of laundry and dusted the bedroom. That's the most I've done in days.
Today I am trying to figure out how to juggle seeing several of H's extended family members that I've either never met, or have only met once or twice (at his dad's funeral and then at our wedding). During one of the visits my sister and niece from OOT will also be here and I'm trying how to figure out how to see everyone without disappointing my MIL or killing myself.
Definitely not. It's complicated but the aunts/uncle are from different sides of DH's family and since his parents are divorced they don't really all talk anymore. I'm surprised the aunt even wants to see MIL. Although at FIL's funeral she was the only one who asked DH how his mom was doing so I know she does still care.
We always do "family stuff" with my whole family and MIL. I think she is really excited to have us to herself for once.
That's nice that at least somebody still cares. But bummer you can't all get together. Sounds complicated. I hope it works out.
Morning (or afternoon?). I'm working from home today. Actually, I'm working from my mom's house so she can keep an eye on E while I get things done for work. Tonight is the Laker game, YAY!

Just talked to MIL and I think it's all going to work out. It will be tiring but I'm trying to get H to make more of an effort to spend time with his family. He'll spend days on end with mine but getting him to see his own mother is like pulling teeth!
MH is the same way. He works with his dad, so they see each other nearly everyday. He was a mama's too, but I have to force him sometimes to call or at least text her. If we have plans with her, it's because I have made arrangements! Weird.
