I just figured out how to get my mom to her surprise party. I just made some fake invitations to my SFIL's fake retirement party. Muahahahahahaha!!!!

I'm here. Suffering thru another day at the office. It's getting so hard to sit here! I've only been here 2 hours, too...ugh.

My last day is June 19th unless I have him earlier (due date June 20). I'm taking the full 12 weeks with FMLA. However, if I find a teaching position I'll be going back a little early so I wont have the full 12 weeks at home. Which stinks, but I'm willing to sacrafice to change careers and have better work/life balance!
It stinks b/c if I was sure I'd find a teaching position for the Fall, I'd make today my last day and spend time at home. But I don't want to take that chance and have to come back here early. It's definitely getting hard to be at work, though. I may work from home more next week.
I'm here and still snotty.
I'm going to dinner with MIL tonight to celebrate our anniversary. Her and SFIL are going to pick us up. WOO!

I can't believe that the baby is almost here! I feel like it was yesterday that you announced that you were expecting! I am so excited for you!!
As for me, I just got into the office after meeting some of our students at their summer internship site to fill out paperwork. Of course, it is a crappy day out, so one didn't show which makes me so mad bc we called him yesterday and he said he was coming. I end up looking stupid to the company. Grr...
I am having dinner with one of my good friends tonight. Her and her H have been "trying" and I suspect that she may tell me she is KU. I am so excited to see her!
Krista - I have my certificates so I can apply for jobs. I'm also eligible for Special Ed b/c I am enrolled in Rowan's program. I just have to find a district that wants to hire me!
Mobun - my mom will be watching Jack. We're very lucky!
I'm hear and SOOO happy it's friday b/c this week needed to end!! I have my sisters engagment party tomorrow but that's it for this weeked. Hope everyone has a good one!!
Phillygirl- I wish you lots of luck with the baby and job!! I also have an alternate route certification but in elementary ed....I ended up taking a position as a teachers assistant just to get in a school b/c it was turning out harder then I expected to find a school that understood the whole program and willing to hire me...you may have better luck with special ed though b/c elementary is tough!
