I actually didn't do my shredding yesterday - i had a migraine so I took some imitrex and vegged out. But I am going to do it twice today to make up for it! I already did my morning session, and then I'll do it again after work.
And then tomorrow I am on to Level 2! Plank jacks, here I come! Woohoo!

For me, I notice a change in my arms. I think that's it so far, I measured and I haven't lost any inches yet. But my arms look MUCH more toned, which is cool!
Now if my butt could just catch up....
Re: Day 10 - 1/3 of the way there!
so last night did not go as planned. i skipped 30DS because 1) we never made it to the gym & 2) spent the whole night packing/prepping our gear for the backpacking trip this weekend.
might do it tonight. althought i feel completely exhausted today.
not too much changes, but i feel my waist is getting trimmer!
I am on day 7! I have noticed some changes. I am able to get into pants that were previously skin tight and actually pull out the waist band. I weighed and measured myself yesterday and I have lost inches in arms and waist and I have lost 3lbs. A coworker who was on vacation when I started the shred also said I looked like I was losing weight! Soo happy.
I also had a lot more energy during the workout too.
