I'm not sure what on there I can do).

LT goal: to be heart healthy & 10 lbs lighter!

(just bought
a stepper and resistance bands, I know it?s small but
it?s better than nothing lol) and eat healthier, hopefully ready

swimsuit season in July.

borderline-diabetic), high blood
pressure and heart disease (all run in
my family)

Please name at least one thing that you are proud of yourself for this past week. making a healthy meal for a lunch when a friend came over... it could have easily been a junk food fest!

- I love egg whites and I have started to add salsa and that is so yummy!

-Coming to the check-in..... getting back on track.... again. Dh has lost total of 28 lbs since we started watching what we are eating... me = 13 lbs. ugh... not a gain but I am proud that I have had a better week

QOTW: What is your favorite healthy meal? I love chicken with piles of vegetables. I could seriously live off of it.
Please name at least one thing that you are proud of yourself for this past week. None of my workouts lasted less than 50 minutes. So proud of me : )
After falling off the bandwagon I lost about 8lbs in a week.
DH is losing a lot of weight just by dieting, according to the scale he gained weight but you can see it has turned to muscle, due to his new job.
Any goals for this upcoming week? Keep myself focused during the workout, I get bored going for 50+ minutes.....
*tip: put in a favorite movie or DVR TiVo a show you love* helps a bit when exercising.
