Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Thoughts, please
My friend, Frank (I usually refer to him as my triathlete friend) was in a really bad motorcycle accident last night. I'm not sure exactly what happened, but he's still in the hospital. He has a broken collarbone, 4 broken ribs, a punctured lung and some other injuries. His ex-wife is a doctor at the hospital he's at and I saw her when I stopped by to see what was going on...she said he's expected to recover okay but he's in so much pain now, they're just keeping him on a ton of painkillers. He was asleep when I was there and she said he'd been sleeping all day.
If you could keep him in our thougths, Mike and I would appreciate it.
